Ever wondered what happened to Dewey Todd? |
|
I've known the answer from the moment I read his name. The answer: Six words
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Still don't get it? At the end of The Never War it says that his father had biult a hotel in Hollywood. So, if the one built in Manhattan was called the Manhattan Tower Hotel, why wouldn't the one in Hollywood be called the Hollywood Tower Hotel? If you have seen the movie (in which the script was written by DJ Machale) called Tower of Terror (one of my favorite movies I have on DVD and VHS), you will know that Dewey Todd was the bellhop that disappeared in the elevator that night in 1939. Plus, when the camera is coming toward the gates to the hotel, the plaque says, "Biult in 1937". And so, The Never War is a prequal to Tower of Terror.
If any of you knew this before, please let me know.

P.S. If any travelers are reading this, don't go to First Earth to warn Dewy Todd. Then again, if you do, this thread wouldn't be here in the first place.

I love you! Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that DJ did that as a see-what-else-you-can-find kind of thing. I saw that movie when it aired for the first time on Disney Channel and was exctatic to see Dewey in the books. He's my favorite! lol
Since I have to wait for the timer, do you know of any good pics of Dewey? Google images has failed me on this one.
